The inspiration behind Human Systems Risk
My journey into human systems risk and psychosocial hazards began with a deeply personal experience. After a background in process improvement and optimisation, I found myself severely mistreated in my workplace. The arduous process of collating evidence to present to the commission highlighted a profound realisation: much of this could have been avoided if correct processes and systems were in place from the outset. This personal challenge ignited a passion to prevent others from enduring similar experiences, leading to the birth of Human Systems Risk.

Our big dream for our clients
Our goal for Human Systems Risk is to see our software become a requirement for companies, holding them accountable for the well-being of their employees. We dream of empowering employees by equipping them with the tools and knowledge they need when a challenging situation arises. We aim to identify, stabilise, and reduce human systems risk before it escalates into legal, financial, or reputational harm in the psychosocial hazards space, creating a new standard for workplace safety and fairness.
